Education Consultant Onboarding (Ops Team)

Enrolment: Guiding students through document collection, understanding payment types (both online and via terminal), and coordinating with Operations Team using Slack.
Student Onboarding: Setting up Gmail accounts for students, sending welcome messages, and understand how to use Zoom and Google Classroom from students’ viewpoint.
Ongoing Support: Following up with students after enrollment, addressing their concerns, and recognizing their efforts to enhance their educational experience.
Offboarding: Understanding certification process, collecting testimonials, and encouraging graduates to engage with the alumni association.
