Slack Channels: #registration and #payments
Education Consultants (ECs) must notify the Operations Team through two Slack channels to ensure proper coordination after a student’s enrollment. You should tag all Operations Team member with the symbol “@” while posting messages in the following two Slack channels.
1.In the #registration channel, ECs are required to post the student’s enrollment details using the following template:
Student name: [Full Name]
Student no: [Student ID]
Student email: [Email Address]
Course name: [Course Name]
Course date: [Course Commencement Date]
Lead source and Country: [Lead Source: can refer to Sales Board for more, Country of Study]
Payment date: [Date of Payment]
Payment for: [Purpose of Payment, e.g., Course Fees]
This template must be used for all notifications, to ensure consistency and completeness of information.

2.In the #payments channel, ECs must post payment-specific details using a separate template:
Student name: [Full Name]
Student number: [Student ID]
Payment for: [Purpose of Payment, e.g., Course Fees]

Posting in both channels ensures the Operations Team can promptly update their records for registration and payment processing, minimizing delays and discrepancies in the student onboarding process.
