Course Introduction | Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of economics, human resource management, marketing, business communication, management, and financial statement analysis through this course. They will master the concepts of scarcity, choice, and opportunity cost and analyze decision-making units, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and income distribution. Equipped with HR skills, they will create strategic HR plans, foster diversity, write compelling job descriptions, implement selection processes, and design training programs. Students will learn to design customer value-driven marketing strategies, conduct market research, and understand consumer behavior. They will analyze organizational structures, decision-making processes, external influences, and leadership strategies and explore the significance of innovation, sustainability, and social media in the modern business landscape. The course also develops interpersonal communication skills, including listening, non-verbal communication, conflict management, and negotiation. Students will gain proficiency in financial statement analysis, using analytical tools and critical financial ratios to assess a company’s financial health and make informed business decisions. This holistic education equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in various fields and contribute to organizational success. |
