The undersigned has agreed to pursue the above-mentioned course(s) at Camford International College Pte. Ltd. I understand that I must pay fully for the whole course(s). If I apply to pay a portion of the course fee by instalments, and I have to suspend my learning due to personal reasons or otherwise, I understand that I am obligated to fulfill my commitment and pay up the balance of the course fee. *Refer to the Standard PEI Student Contract for more information. *Download Student’s Handbook from www.cic.edu.sg. *Application Fee is non-refundable. I hereby agree and consent that Camford International College (CIC) may collect, use, disclose and process my personal information for the following purposes: (a)Providing me with the services, course information, special promotions, any updates on course information and/or examination. (b)Contacting me for the overdue payment. (c)Sending me marketing, advertising and promotional information about courses and services that CIC, CIC’s affiliates, business partners and related companies may be offering which CIC believes may be of interest or benefit to me (Marketing Messages), by way of postal mail, electronic mail to the email I provide and to my telephone number(s) by way of voice call, phone call, text message and fax. (d)By signing below, I present and warrant that I am the user and/or subscriber of the telephone number(s) as set out in this enrolment form. Personal information collected will be used mainly for evaluating application, internal business and admin purposes. The school will restrict access of personal information to authorized personnel, partner universities, colleges, and/or external agencies on a need to know basis accordingly. 收集的个人信息主要用于评估申请、内部业务和行政目的。学校将根据需要限制对授权人员、合作大学、学院和/或外部机构的个人信息访问。

(a) Local Singapore Cheques must be crossed in favour of Camford International College Pte. Ltd (b) For credit card payments, student may visit CIC campus and make payments at the reception counter. Alternatively, student can choose to do online credit card payment through Hitpay link provided by Academic Consultant. (c) Any bank transfer must be payable to DBS Bank Account Number 0039016034. Student must inform CIC immediately with proof of payment after bank transfer transaction. (d) Student can perform cash payment ONLY IN CIC Campus. CIC shall not bear any responsibility for any cash payment made outside CIC without the issuance of official receipt. If student is unable to visit CIC, then student must use bank transfer option, as stated in point 6(c). (a) 新加坡本地支票必须划线支付给Camford International College Pte.
